FILIP aka FILL
Leader of the pack, rum enthusiast, inventor, bartender, Filip brings his past as an artist to the craft of cocktail making, bringing to life the old and the new in fresh new takes. As for his preference of drinks, he’s a mid 60s man drinks if he can choose himself. Rum, if someone else is buying!
VALENTINA
Valentina is a bartender that embraces the newer school traditions of Mixology, with a true desire to excel in her craft, she keeps her palate sharp and seldom drinks cocktails with more than 3 ingredients and very little fruit, although she mixes drinks with double that amount. Ask her for a Carlshem and you will see what we mean. And don’t worry, if she hits you it, means she likes you.
MARIO aka PANDA
With a passion for the Intricate art of Mixology, Mario is the mad professor of the gang, he specializes in Gin and Rum and also the weird and random. He can do everything from anything, and likes to make new drinks completely on the fly. Look out for foams, smoke and fire!
JAKUB aka CUBEZ
In pursuit of the knowledge and history behind Mixology, Jakub has become well versed in the classic cocktails. A connoisseur of the cane spirits,He chooses to focus on the fringe elements, like French Agricole. He is a Master of Rum, but also a student of Tequila. When it comes to drinking, French rum and tequila is the only thing that is good enough. Jakub’s tradecraft leans towards the Cuban Rum traditions. He has the most traditional taste in the bunch.
J-WOO aka CHINESE ROBIN HOOD
Raised in London J-Woo’s roots hails from South Korea, where drinking is a national sport. The wild-card of the bunch, always happy, with a certain flair that cannot be ignored. His drinks are as colourful and cool as himself. He is a specialist in the Old-School 80′s drinks, and also in having a good time!
